All our haddock is Icelandic frozen at sea, as we believe this is the best quality fish available and produces the freshest and best tasting product. It is boned and portioned on the premises every morning and is sustainably sourced from managed fishing grounds so we can protect the stocks of fish for years to come. The Seafish Friers Quality Awards were designed to help people find the best quality fish and chip shop in their area. The award is only given to shops that produce first class fish and chips in a first class environment.
