So have you ever wondered what Towngate Fisheries’ owner Mark Drummond is doing when he is not at the shop?

Well recently, in his role as Vice President of the National Federation of Fish Friers, he was invited by Wandsworth Council to run free training workshops for local businesses. The aim was to teach people how to choose the right oil and manage it to reduce the amount they use. This was all part of a wider project called the Healthier Catering Commitment aimed at tackling obesity levels.
