Hollie is Frying High

We are proud to announce that Towngate Fisheries frier, Hollie has passed her Grade 3 Senior Production Chef Apprenticeship! This is a fantastic achievement that’s taken lots of hard work.

Hollie joined Towngate Fisheries five years ago when she was studying for her A-levels. She started as a counter assistant and later progressed to being a frier. Seeing her potential, Towngate owner Mark encouraged Hollie to take the next step in her career and pointed her towards the opportunities available with a Level 3 Apprenticeship.

With lots of hard work, both in college and in the shop, Hollie has now passed with flying colours! Congratulations Hollie!
