Hollie Starts Apprenticeship

Hollie, who has been a part-time server with Towngate Fisheries for two and a half years, has started working full-time and is undertaking an Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship in Frying and Business Management.

In the coming months, she will undertake training in the shop, through home study and via workshops with her tutor over Zoom, so you may see her tutor in the shop with her doing assessments. We wish her well with her training over the next 18 months.
